Based on Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and the provisions of Swiss data protection legislation, every person is entitled to have their privacy respected and to be protected from misuse of their personal data. Seco, Labour Directorate, Labour Market Unemployment Insurance Division complies with these provisions. Personal data is handled in the strictest confidence and are not sold or passed on to third parties. No personal data is saved when you access our website. Our internet servers only record non-personal site usage data (log files) for the purpose of tracking trends and improving the information and services provided on the website accordingly. The site usage data is in no way linked to personal data.
The following log data is recorded when you visit www.job-area.ch: IP address, operating system used, type of browser, date, time and websites visited.
When looking for jobs, advertising a post or looking for candidates, the following print-out data will be recorded: IP number and search pattern. These are used for statistical evaluations only and are deleted within the prescribed deadline.

Copyright and any other rights relating to texts, vacancies, pictures, photos or other data available on the www.job-area.ch website are the sole property of seco, Labour directorate, Labour Market and Unemployment Insurance Division or the designated copyright holder. Any reproduction requires the prior written consent of the copyright holder.
The design may not be reproduced and/or changed for public or commercial purposes.
Similarly, the inclusion of pages or parts of pages from the www.job-area.ch website on other websites requires authorisation. Setting up a hyperlink to www.job-area.ch does not amount to integration.
